Although our system is designed to be plug-and-play, many fleets operate a wide variety of trucks and integrations.

From pick-up trucks to vans to dump trucks to heavy equipment, each have many different possible installation configurations.

Someone with basic mechanical skills can certainly install our telematics devices. However, if you are installing across multiple vehicle types and are concerned with installing correctly or you simply do not have the time or resources to install the devices, we have a team of professional mechanics on hand to handle the entire installation process for you.

Throughout the lifetime of using telematics, you likely have questions about the software, hardware or a new feature rollout.

We fully support all of our customers by quickly answering any questions or handling any issues they may have. Mobilizz customers know they will be fully supported from day one. In fact, most questions and issues are handled as part of your monthly data fees.

However, for larger problems or situations, we offer hourly or monthly support packages to ensure you are maximizing your telematics investment.

Telematics On-boarding

Implementing telematics into your fleet and daily operations sometimes isn’t as straightforward as it might seem.

There are many things to consider before and during the implementation; things such as employee acceptance, who will be receiving the automatic reports, the installation schedule, who needs to be trained on the software, how are the trucks going to be named and so on.

We guide customers through our complete end-to-end on-boarding process; a process that has been honed and developed during the course of our 13+ years in the industry.

Our process ensures that you feel completely comfortable, confident and knowledgeable about the implementation, freeing up your valuable time and relieving any stresses of trying to figure things out on your own.
