Are you passionate about painting the vision of a new way for fleets to operate, and going above and beyond for others? We are looking for a self-driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) to help our customers successfully operate and manage their feet.  

The CSM is our external relationship manager for our customers, specifically within the Infrastructure, Energy and Supply Chain verticals. The role is responsible for being the solutions expert and analyzing performance data to bring long term consultative solutions to our existing customers. The CSM will establish and strengthen key customer relationships with a focus on increasing customer value and driving revenue. Success in this position requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic, start-up environment, and the ability to provide custom solutions for fleets leveraging our unique product and services suite. We are seeking a self-starter, fast learner with a high attention to details who is highly passionate about connected vehicles to join an equally mission driven team.


What you bring:

  • A consultative approach with solving your customer’s business challenges
  • Experience in growing revenues and building long-term partnerships
  • Able to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly
  • Excellent project management, organizational and analytical skills
  • Exceptional at managing expectations through clear and concise communication, both orally and in writing (over the phone, via email)
  • Critical thinking skills, challenging the status quo, striving for advancement of processes and systems
  • Required : High School completion + College  / University
  • Preferred : Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • Required: 3+ years experience in account management/client services role, preferably in the B2B environment
  • Technologically inclined – knowledge in use of cloud based platforms such as Office365, Zoho CRM, RingCentral
  • Fluent in English
  • Preferred Industry Experience: Technology, Fleet Solutions, Telematics
  • Knowledge in commercial fleet standards and regulations in North America is preferred but not required

What success looks like:

  • Manage, maintain and grow post-sale client relationships, including onboarding and retention
  • Gain a deep understanding of our customer’s business and fleet goals and helping them succeed to achieve them
  • Serve as external product consultant, educating on best practices to deliver the greatest value out of our product suite
  • Develop and maintain a strategic relationship map for all customers and drive the execution plans
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing customer revenues
  • Advocate internally for the solutions required for our customers to meet their specific needs
  • Refine and develop our Customer Success program
  • Discover new products and/or services to develop for our customers
